Countless individuals and organizations have given generously of their services and time, have donated products or money, to make Sikshana possible. We are very grateful for all the help we've received. And we would welcome any support you can extend.

The Sikshana model has evolved over time. Sikshana looks at a school as a whole—children, teachers, community and government. As such, we have come to realise that programme-specific interventions (of which Reading-only and Technology input-only are two examples) simply will not suffice. In the current Sikshana model, a school with 120 children typically will need an investment of Rs. 50,000 per annum to make a significant improvement in the learning levels.
