This year the Sikshana team headed to Coorg as a part of their annual get together. A workshop cum adventure camp was held for the mentors of Sikshana in Garwale, Madikeri. The workshop was a platform for mentors from various regions to exchange ideas and interact with each other. In addition, the serene surroundings and recreational activities proved to be a good motivational and joyful experience for the mentors. Strategy for implementing the summer camps was discussed during the workshop.

“A simple game of collecting coins led to interaction with several mentors from other regions, which helped me in learning new concepts and sharing experiences. Playing games organsied in the workshop helped me realize that winning and losing are a part of the game and the key lies in being strong willed.
